Haskell is a global network of experts providing integrated design, engineering, construction and professional services to clients and communities.
Our customer continued to fail cleaning validation due to excessive bioburden readings and visual failures. We investigated and determined the root cause: poor piping design, low cleaning velocities, and dead-legs in the system.
Several options were presented for review; ultimately, the agreed-upon method was designed and implemented. Post commissioning, cleaning validation passed the first time successfully.
We were contracted to perform a facility audit, followed by a conceptual and detailed design of a project to resolve the issues and commissioning of the installed project.
