Discover how Haskell’s next-level employee engagement earned prestigious recognition from USA Today from among employers nationwide.
Haskell has been named one of USA Today’s Top Workplaces for 2025, recognizing its commitment to fostering a people-first culture and creating a nurturing environment where team members can thrive personally and professionally.
The USA Today Top Workplaces award is based on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage. The honor is unique in that, unlike other awards, it cannot be influenced by external factors or purchased; it is a genuine reflection of how our team members perceive and experience Haskell.
Nationwide, 2,251 employers participated in the survey. Haskell ranked 19th among the 190 mid-sized companies – those with 1,000 to 2,499 employees – that took part.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized as one of the top workplaces in the nation,” said Jim O’Leary, Chairman, CEO and President. “This award is a direct reflection of our team members’ hard work and commitment to excellence. It showcases our unwavering dedication to creating a workplace culture that values and supports the well-being and success of our people.”
Haskell joins a group of leading companies across industries, such as Progressive Insurance, Ally Financial, Fidelity Investments, Orlando Health and many more. Leadership stressed that Haskell team members are steadfast in their commitment to the company’s core values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust.
“Being named a Top Workplace is more than just an honor; it’s a badge of excellence that sets us apart in a competitive market,” said David Thaeler, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. “It demonstrates our commitment to listening to and centering our workforce, which is crucial in today’s evolving labor landscape. We believe that when our team members thrive, our organization thrives, and this recognition reinforces our mission to create meaningful impact through our work.”
Through significant investments in efforts such as team member development and engagement, Haskell is cultivating an exceptional workplace culture that is essential for driving innovation, collaboration and success.
“This recognition is a powerful endorsement of our workplace culture,” said Meredith Adragna, Director of Talent Acquisition. “It shows that we’re creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute their best. This is essential for attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our passion for making a difference.”
As Haskell celebrates this achievement, it remains committed to fostering a workplace that inspires innovation, collaboration and success for all team members.
