Learn about Haskell's Quality Manager and Coordinator openings on a landmark project. Join a team focused on high-quality outcomes and career growth.
As it stages for what is expected to become the largest project in company history, Haskell seeks an experienced on-site Quality Manager to help ensure predictably high-quality outcomes throughout the engagement.
Haskell’s Quality team enhances customer satisfaction by defining consistent applications of quality processes, clarifying responsibilities, incorporating continuous improvement, limiting rework and warranty activities and achieving every project requirement.
Reflecting more than five decades of experience in the AEC industry, our Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) is a dynamic document that encourages open communication with the design team and the client and serves as a roadmap for the project.
The successful candidate will oversee a team that monitors quality activities on the project and ensures compliance with the QIP. They will participate in design phase activities and document reviews, so they need to understand design and preconstruction documents and first work in place and conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with the design documents.
“They would be facilitating inspections, making sure documentation is under control, really governing the subcontractors to follow their quality plans,” said Matt Sugar, Regional Quality Manager. “We want someone who’s a little more seasoned and has been through a few projects, that has that background, that knowledge.”
Where many companies offer jobs, Haskell offers careers. The company is ranked No. 1 in Training Magazine’s annual APEX Awards rankings, an exclusive list of the leading training organizations worldwide. It provides a highly collaborative environment and operates with the direction of six strategic pillars, the first of which is to “Provide Team Members the BEST Job of Their Lives.” It offers highly competitive pay, a robust benefits package that includes a 401k match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which creates stock ownership for every full-time team member.
The upcoming project offers the opportunity to propel personal and career development, Sugar said.
“This is a groundbreaking project in an expanding market that is expected to become the largest in Haskell history, and you’ll have that on your resume,” he said. “There’ll be great exposure. That will be a career booster, and it’s going to give you the confidence to want to keep going.”
