Haskell is seeking an early-career professional to join its world-class training and development program as its Learning Management System Coordinator.
Ranked No. 3 ranking in the current Training Magazine Top 100, Haskell offers workforce development programming that is literally among the world’s best. Currently, the company’s Learning, Development & Engagement (LD&E) team is offering a similarly world-class opportunity for a human resources professional seeking to advance their career.
Haskell has an opening for a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator, who will be responsible for the advanced systems support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues in Cornerstone OnDemand, the home of Haskell University.
“From a career-trajectory perspective, this is a steppingstone to being part of the technology team in HR,” said Lijo Abraham, Haskell’s LMS Administrator. “There are a lot of growth and learning opportunities there.”
Haskell is a leader in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, providing facilities solutions to many of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands. As it expands quickly to meet its clients’ increasing needs, the need for training is critical and equally fast-growing. The company now has nearly 1,900 team members, and the learning database contains more than 2,200 courses, videos and other curricula. Throughout 2022, the LD&E team is placing a heightened focus on competency-based training.
The Training Top 100 honors companies across the globe from all areas of business and industry, recognizing the world’s most successful learning and development programs. The competitive ranking process incorporates extensive benchmarking statistics linked to training effectiveness and measurable results. Haskell has been recognized for a decade, but it has climbed to the highest rungs of the rankings as it has worked to align its learning and development programming with Haskell 2025, the company’s strategic plan for purposeful growth.
“I think it’s all about the Haskell culture.,” Abraham said. “It’s a direct result of the Core Values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust. Ensuring that we can produce the highest-quality solutions for our customers all starts with training. “
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in learning-management system support or HR, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with data and reporting.
As an employee-owned company with an ownership culture, Haskell team members work to benefit clients and each other, guided by the core values of Team, Excellence Service and Trust. Strategically, Haskell operates with the direction of six strategic pillars, the first of which is to “Provide Team Members the BEST Job of Their Lives.” It offers a robust benefits package that includes a 401k match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which creates stock ownership for every full-time team member.
