Instrumental in building Haskell's process capabilities, Hubbard's technical expertise and client experience will bolster its Manufacturing Solutions team.
Shawn Hubbard has been promoted to Vice President of Process Manufacturing for the Manufacturing Solutions (M-Solutions) Business Unit within Haskell’s Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Group, the company has announced.
Hubbard has more than 33 years of combined experience in project management and automation/controls engineering. He joined Haskell’s facilities team as Engineering Manager in 2014 and quickly advanced to Director and Group Administrative Principal. His extensive knowledge of engineering processes, client management and leadership has produced outstanding results, particularly in the process manufacturing arena.
“I’ve had a very broad career in the manufacturing sector,” Hubbard said. “I appreciate that this opportunity will allow me to expand my capabilities and share the knowledge I’ve gained through the years.”
A native of Michigan, Hubbard received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and his Master’s in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
With the recent launch of M-Solutions, he has served as Director of Process Manufacturing and been instrumental in building Haskell’s robust in-house capabilities and talent operating within the process discipline.
His investment in mentoring and growing his team has been evident in the team’s advancements, as well as in Haskell’s ability to serve existing and new clients both domestically and internationally.
“Haskell has been incredible over the eight years that I’ve been here,” he said. “They have provided me the opportunity to grow the team and help create a culture of teamwork, commitment, and quality that we believe is very beneficial to our clients. We truly see ourselves as an extension of the client’s team.“
