Haskell is hiring! Put your expertise to work on the biggest and best EPC lines and impart your knowledge to the best and brightest young engineers.
Long an industry leader, Haskell’s Food and Beverage markets continue to expand rapidly, with an increasing number of clients seeking integrated solutions to more and bigger manufacturing facility needs.
Intricate process systems are the beating heart of those industrial projects, and Haskell’s Process Engineering teams are seeking one or more Senior Process Engineers to help fulfill the increasing demand.
“We're in a huge growth mode,” said Shawn Hubbard, Vice President of Process Manufacturing. “The projects we're seeing continue to expand and grow in size of the work that we do. We continue to grow our base of clients, broadening out into other potential processes. There’s expansion happening across the board. So, the variety and size of the projects is growing, and the need for expertise grows along with it.”
Senior Process Engineers are responsible for producing innovative, appropriate, cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications for process projects in the manufacturing sector. Engineering News-Record has ranked Haskell the No. 1 Food & Beverage Manufacturing Contractor in two of the past three years.
Ideal candidates will be highly accomplished mid-career professionals who can guide talented young engineers recruited from the nation’s top colleges and universities.
“We’re looking for subject matter experts in the food and beverage space,” Hubbard said. “We have places for people who have extensive knowledge in different types of food processes and the ability to lead and mentor others and share their expertise.”
Haskell is recognized as a pioneer and leading provider of design-build delivery, which means that many of its projects are turnkey, taking clients from facility concept to commissioning. Process engineering is a fundamental component of its engineer, procure, construct delivery model and a key collaborator among the company’s full range of design disciplines and construction capabilities. Collaboration with project owners and across disciplines is a hallmark of Haskell’s work.
“I think that we do really do a good job for the clients,” Hubbard said. “I think one of the biggest reasons is that we act as an extension of them in a lot of ways. We care about their business, and we care what happens to their business. We want to see them succeed as much as we want to succeed. That makes a big difference.”
In addition to providing a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, Haskell operates with the direction of six strategic pillars, the first of which is to “Provide Team Members the BEST Job of Their Lives.” It offers a robust benefits package that includes a 401k match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which creates stock ownership for every full-time team member.
