Office Leadership and Team Members
Adam West, Vice President, Civil Infrastructure Division Lead, serves as the office leader, and Shannon Koeninger, Director – Engineering, Civil Infrastructure Design, provides regional leadership. More than 45 Haskell team members are based in Tulsa, where all design-related services provided by Haskell are represented.
