The Haskell Singapore office primarily serves clients in Singapore while also supporting broader APAC operations. Established in 2016, the office provides regional expertise backed by Haskell’s global resources.
Office Leadership and Team Members
Jonathan Toke, P.E., Vice President of International Planning & Development, serves as APAC leader and supports Haskell’s regional growth and project delivery initiatives. With nearly three decades at Haskell, he leads the development and implementation of Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) best practices, supporting supplier management, risk mitigation and alignment of project strategies with client investment objectives.
Based in Singapore, Nimesh Kedia, Country Manager & Project Director, leads the local team and oversees project delivery. With more than 20 years of experience in the chemical and process industries, he brings expertise in managing large-scale greenfield projects, including cost estimation, scheduling, execution and resource coordination. His leadership spans from early business planning and tendering through project execution, supporting successful outcomes for clients in Singapore and across the region.
The Singapore office is supported by multidisciplinary team members providing architecture, engineering and project delivery services.

The Singapore office delivers integrated Architecture, Engineering and Construction services for projects in Singapore and across the APAC region. The team provides multidisciplinary project delivery support from early planning through execution.
Markets supported from Singapore include Food & Beverage, Aviation & Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing and Beer, Wine & Spirits.
The office collaborates closely with regional engineering and construction resources to provide flexible delivery methods and efficient project execution.

On June 5, our Haskell Philippines team joined the Brigada Eskwela initiative to give back to the community at Rizal High School in Pasig City, one of the largest schools in the country.
The team rolled up their sleeves to clean, repair, and repaint five classrooms and the hallway of the Jovito Salonga Building, and donated whiteboards, chalkboards, and cleaning supplies to support the school ahead of the new academic year.
Brigada Eskwela is an annual tradition that runs nationwide before classes open where communities, companies and schools come together in the spirit of bayanihan to create a safe and equipped space for students to start the school year.
Days like this are a reminder that the spaces people learn and work in matter, and being able to give back to the community is always worth the effort.

Our Haskell APAC team attended the @officialfmm Annual Dinner recently, joining industry peers for an evening of engagement and dialogue with key stakeholders across the manufacturing ecosystem.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, gain deeper insights into industry priorities, and further our connection with FMM as a key platform supporting Malaysia’s industrial landscape.
We look forward to continuing our engagement with FMM and the wider industry as we explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.

We wrapped up our Raya celebrations with a fun-filled Friends Friday at the office. From ketupat making and sampul raya decorating to a trivia session featuring food from around Malaysia, it was a great way for the team to come together and enjoy the festive spirit.
