Project planning and integrated communication ensured project success.
Tucson Medical Center (TMC) created its 45,000-square-foot Rincon Health Campus to provide adult and pediatric primary care services to its growing population. The construction schedule was fast-tracked and included multiple early release packages to compress construction time and increase speed to market for TMC.
We accommodated fast-tracked schedules while investing in the local economy.
The compressed schedule required expedited permitting and coordination among the design-build team, the client’s personnel, and various governmental authorities. In addition, it was critical to TMC that construction support the Tucson economy, so Haskell hired local contractors to complete civil engineering; mechanical, plumbing, electrical and landscape design; construction management, surveying, concrete, roofing, windows, framing and plant relocation.
Accelerated occupancy meets seamless design in a facility that highlights the surrounding natural beauty.
This project was the initial phase of new medical campus development for the client. The project was delivered on schedule and below budget while creating a beautiful and functional care environment that highlighted and intermingled effortlessly with the site location’s natural features.
