Gulfstream Service Center Expansion

Savannah, Georgia

The final build-out of Gulfstream’s master-planned facility adds capacity.

The Gulfstream Product Support and Service Center is located at the Savannah International Airport in Georgia. It’s one of 11 Gulfstream factory-owned service centers in the U.S. providing a wide range of around-the-clock aircraft support services, enhancements, spares and technical support functions. When the time came for the final build-out of the master-planned facility, they called on Haskell, its design-build partner on dozens of projects.

Haskell created an expansion as premier as a Gulfstream jet.

The expansion tied into the existing center’s structure and greatly increased and improved many services within the facility. Customers gained new reception and conference rooms, and the center’s service core grew by two additional hangars and three levels of administrative and engineering spaces, among other key service improvements.

Our integrated delivery model and self-perform capabilities surpassed the client’s expectations.

Haskell provided complete architecture and engineering design services, as well as construction project management. The ability to self-perform all construction activities associated with concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, concrete tilt-up wall panels fabrication and erection ensured top quality and maintained the aggressive project schedule. The project was yet another successful collaboration, just as our client expected.
