Fidelity National Financial Headquarters and Garage

Jacksonville, Florida

Fidelity National Financial’s (FNF) headquarters move was risky and demanding.

The decision to move their national headquarters was far more than a west to east coast relocation. They were essentially building a thirteen-story, high-security financial data-management complex from scratch. With customers’ financial health in the balance, there was no margin for failure. They turned to Haskell for a solution.

We ensured mission-critical power with reliability and creativity.

FNF’s demands for uninterrupted power and advanced security meant significant electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Haskell performed both off and on-site utility upgrades to supply the complex’s offices and data center. One creative solution was to utilize the adjacent river to cool the complex’s mechanical core.

The hardworking structure is an asset to the city’s skyline.

The tower incorporates earth tone precast panels and green horizontal glass bands. Strategic positioning maximized daylight, letting natural light flow throughout the building. Employees enjoy easy parking in two structures: a 450-space underground garage and a five-level, 559,935-square-foot garage with 1,752 parking spaces. FNF’s new headquarters is a beautiful addition to downtown and one that succeeded through detailed planning and cost-effective management.
