Learn how Haskell’s Trusted Partner Network fosters collaboration, transparency and shared growth among small and disadvantaged businesses.
Haskell’s Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is designed to cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with subcontractors and vendors. This curated network is built on shared purpose, a commitment to quality and a dedication to mutual success.
Many of those trusted partnerships are with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). DBEs are for-profit small businesses in which socially and economically disadvantaged individuals own at least 51% interest and control management and daily business operations. African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific and South Asian Americans and women are presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged.
“As we honor Construction Inclusion Week, Haskell is proud to spotlight the launch of our Trusted Partner Network (TPN) — a strategic initiative designed to foster deeper collaboration, transparency, and long-term success with our vendor and subcontractor community,” said Jonathan Miles, Haskell’s Supply Chain Director.
“TPN reflects our commitment to building an inclusive and equitable construction industry. By intentionally developing relationships, enhancing communication and creating shared opportunities, we’re ensuring that every partner has a seat at the table and a voice in the process.”
TPN empowers partners in the following ways:
- Early engagement and meaningful two-way dialogue
- Clear expectations and mutual accountability
- Inclusive networking and charity events
- Transparent access to metrics, feedback and opportunities
- Dedicated advocates to support growth and alignment
In recent months, the TPN team has held outreach events for projects in Perry, Georgia; Fort Valley, Georgia; West Palm Beach, Florida; and Jacksonville, North Carolina. It also sponsored a "Meet the Generals" event at the University of North Florida (UNF) in Jacksonville to facilitate connections between small businesses and key industry decision-makers.
“At Haskell, we are steadfast in our dedication to partnering with and promoting small and disadvantaged businesses across all regions where we operate,” Vendor Management Specialist Anita McGoogin said. “Through every project, every handshake, and every initiative, we reaffirm our core belief in building lasting relationships and communities.”
We seek excellent vendors and new ways to work successfully with and serve our subcontracting partners. Register your company.
Promoting and expanding diversity and inclusion is a strategic pillar of Haskell’s long-term vision and is foundational to creating a team member experience of significance, success and satisfaction. Haskell Together is our intentional and consistent initiative to promote open dialogue and bring about positive change.
