For the sixth year in a row, Haskell has again been named to Training magazine’s “Training Top 125” list for 2018, this year ranking #22. This outstanding achievement includes a very rigorous benchmarking process that highlights best practices for learning organizations that represent the “training elite” across all industries.

"The 2018 Training Top 125 winners are game changers,” said Training magazine Editor-in-Chief Lorri Freifeld. “They constantly look for innovative ways to effectively deliver and measure employee training, and they are rewarded with an engaged, passionate workforce and organizational success. Congratulations to these stellar organizations for their unwavering commitment to learning and employee growth!"

Now in its 18th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is based on a myriad of benchmarking statistics. In order to be considered for this recognition, Haskell participated in an intense submittal process that included a statistical review of the following:

  • Leadership support of programming and participation
  • Program goals, evaluation, measurement and workplace surveys
  • Number of training hours per employee
  • Total training budget for the enterprise
  • Detailed explanation of each and every program along with the method of delivery

Haskell's ranking was revealed at the 2018 Training Conference Awards Gala held in Atlanta on February 12, 2018. Some of the recognizable awardees on the 2018 list include Aetna, Florida Blue, Johns Hopkins, Mastercard, and Wal-Mart. Here is the link for all the awardees in alphabetical order.
