Preconstruction Manager
Background & Experience
Chris Ware began his career at Haskell in the field, progressed to project manager and now leads preconstruction services with a focus on accurate estimating, constructability, value management and informed decision-making. He develops comprehensive project estimates, manages detailed takeoffs and pricing for conceptual, GMP and lump-sum proposals, and guides estimating teams to ensure pricing efforts are complete, reliable and aligned with project goals.
Chris brings 20 years of experience with Haskell, including major healthcare and institutional projects such as the Baptist Clay Medical Campus Tower and Central Energy Plant, Jupiter Medical Center and LeeSar Regional Service Center. His experience also includes oversight on Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute, Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion, Baptist MD Anderson (BMDA), and additional Baptist Health projects. His construction knowledge, understanding of means and methods and ability to evaluate alternate systems help clients make early decisions that support cost certainty, schedule reliability and long-term project value.
Education
Chris holds a Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

Chris is a LEED Accredited Professional, a DBIA Design-Build Professional and OSHA 30-Hour certified.
