Background & Experience

Tiffany Shaw leads Haskell’s Industrial Water Market, bringing more than 22 years of experience in water and wastewater design engineering. Her expertise spans planning, design, and construction management of water treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, sanitary sewers, storm drainage systems, and wastewater treatment facilities. At Haskell, Tiffany is responsible for strategic market development, project opportunity identification, and the financial performance of the Industrial Water Market. She provides oversight across all phases of project delivery, including client relations, estimating, procurement, design, scheduling, contract administration, staffing, and project controls.

Tiffany is highly engaged with clients throughout project delivery and is recognized for her commitment to customer service, which has helped build lasting relationships and repeat business. She regularly presents at industry conferences and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and advancing the water and wastewater profession.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.

Tiffany is a professional engineer in multiple states, is a Designated Design-Build Professional, Level 2 Certified Design Professional for the Georgia Soil and Water Commission and a Certified Envision Sustainability Professional. Tiffany is active in Water Environment Federation, American Water Works, and was instrumental in helping to lead the Haskell Women’s Network prior to the creation of Haskell Together.
