Background & Experience

Rylan Kleehammer is a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, from early development through design, construction, closeout and post-project follow-up. He provides leadership in conceptual estimating, scheduling, budget adherence, and subcontractor and material procurement, helping project teams maintain clarity around cost, schedule, quality and constructability.

With 24 years of construction experience, all with Haskell, Rylan has led major healthcare projects across multiple regional markets. His experience includes multiple AHCA-inspected work throughout Florida, including the Baptist Clay Medical Campus Tower and Central Energy Plant. He has also supported complex healthcare projects such as Baptist CVOR, Baptist Clay LINAC, Baptist LDR, Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute and the Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion. Outside of Florida, Rylan supported the Maryland Proton Center. He is recognized for sound judgment and strategic decision-making, supporting teams in balancing owner priorities with field execution, regulatory requirements and long-term performance outcomes.

Education

Rylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Rylan is an Engineer-in-Training and a LEED Accredited Professional.
