With more than 25 years of experience, Jathan supports a large team of highly skilled engineering and construction professionals. He has established a strong track record of leading large-scale capital programs and delivering integrated engineering, construction and manufacturing solutions for some of the industry’s most recognized brands.

Throughout his career, Jathan has been deeply involved in all phases of project execution, including strategic planning, front-end engineering, process and packaging integration, facility master planning, detailed engineering, construction execution, commissioning, start-up and operational readiness. His expertise spans greenfield, production expansions, modernization initiatives, automation and controls integration, high-speed packaging systems and process optimization programs designed to improve throughput, efficiency, food safety, and overall operational performance.

Known for his client-focused leadership style and integrated project delivery approach, Jathan works closely with clients to align capital investment strategies with long-term business objectives, operational flexibility and manufacturing reliability.
