As Chief People Officer, David oversees the global human resources function at Haskell. He leads the teams responsible for driving the company’s human capital management strategy – including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, team member relations, culture and engagement programs – to support the company’s continued growth, innovation and profitability by enhancing leadership and talent practices to create a work environment that fuels Haskell’s differentiation in the market for team members and clients.

Capitalizing on the Haskell culture of creating things that matter and building on its strong foundation of trust and authenticity, David and his team were instrumental in promoting team member learning and engagement, resulting in Haskell’s induction into the Training Magazine Hall of Fame and numerous regional “Best Places to Work” awards. David was named to the 2017 H.R. Executive Magazine’s HR Honor Roll and brings a wealth of human resources management expertise to Haskell after having spent 18 years in various human resources leadership functions at two multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies with over 100,000 employees — an emerging publicly traded telecommunication company and an academic healthcare system that was recognized four years in a row as a Fortune 100 Best Places to Work For.
