Background & Experience

Andy Sonni directs field operations with responsibility for project scope, trade coordination, construction methods, material handling, crew deployment, equipment planning, sequencing and alignment between shop drawings and project documents. As Superintendent, he helps ensure work is planned and executed safely, efficiently and in coordination with the needs of active healthcare environments.

Andy brings more than 20 years of construction experience, including having owned his own drywall company before 17 years with Haskell. His project experience includes AHCA-inspected healthcare work at BayCare Mease Countryside Hospital, a compliance-driven clinical environment consistent with Florida healthcare facility standards. Additional projects include Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute, Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion and St. John Broken Arrow Hospital and Medical Office Building. Fluent in Spanish and English, he supports clear communication across project teams, trade partners and field personnel. His ability to bridge language and coordination needs strengthens collaboration in fast-paced environments.

He maintains a strong focus on safety, ICRA and ILSM coordination and disciplined execution in active healthcare settings. This approach supports reliable delivery on complex healthcare projects where patient care and construction activities must remain aligned.

Professional Affiliations

Andy holds OSHA 30-Hour certification for the construction industry, Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification, ACIG Root Cause Analysis Training certification and ASHE ICRA 2.0 Training.
