Haskell delivers Dassault Falcon Jet's state-of-the-art MRO facility in Florida.

Dassault Aviation, a leading global aerospace company, selected Haskell to design and build a significant expansion of its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) network for its corporate aircraft fleet at Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) in Florida. This strategic, large-scale project reinforces Florida’s status as a premier international hub for the aviation and aerospace industry.

The expansive project created world-class, specialized aerospace infrastructure.

Haskell delivered 240,000 square feet of specialized aerospace infrastructure strategically intended to serve ultra-high-net-worth customers across North and South America and beyond. It ensures Dassault can keep pace with the growing demand for maintenance services for new models, such as the ultra-long-range Falcon 10X.

Building a Platform for Precision and Performance

Through its integrated design-build approach, Haskell delivered a comprehensive heavy maintenance platform that supports the full spectrum of aviation services. The facility features a prominent two-story office tower that houses corporate functions, engineering services, and dedicated client spaces, including modern customer offices and lounges. An expansive six-bay MRO hangar supports extensive inspection, repair and overhaul activities, with capacity for major maintenance and modifications on up to 16 Falcon models simultaneously, including the new Falcon 10X. A dedicated two-bay paint hangar features a cross-draft bay for preparation, a down-draft bay for final painting and a small parts paint booth. Finally, a large warehouse supports shop activity and serves as a regional distribution hub, ensuring seamless, global support for Dassault Falcon Jet’s operations and clients.
