Haskell expanded the facility with a high-bay automated storage solution that increased warehouse capacity.
Haskell partnered with a confidential food manufacturer to expand its manufacturing facility by adding a new 95-foot-high Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) building. The design-build project included refurbishing an existing warehouse and constructing maintenance aisles and a low-bay warehouse extension, creating a modern distribution solution designed to support future operational growth.
Seamless facility integration supported continuous operations.
Working within an active manufacturing environment, Haskell carefully coordinated renovations to minimize operational disruption while relocating critical electrical systems and constructing a new LAN room to support the expanded facility. The completed project enhanced warehouse functionality, improved material flow and positioned the facility with scalable infrastructure to support long-term manufacturing and distribution needs.
