Confidential Snack Food Brand Manufacturing Expansion

Lévis, Quebec, Canada

Haskell developed an integrated facility expansion that increased manufacturing capacity.

Haskell provided facility design, project management, process engineering, packaging engineering and logistics expertise for a major expansion of the confidential snack food manufacturing facility. The program included a 77,000 SF manufacturing expansion designed to increase production capacity, improve operational efficiency and enhance employee facilities through advanced production equipment, improved safety features and energy-efficient building systems.

Integrated logistics solutions support future capacity needs.

The expansion also introduced a 36,000 SF automated two-aisle ASRS warehouse, a 60,000 SF low-bay warehouse and connector, a 5,000 SF administration expansion and a dedicated rail shed supporting bulk corn deliveries directly to production. Together, these integrated facility improvements optimized inventory management, streamlined material handling, improved logistics efficiency and created a scalable manufacturing campus designed to support future business growth.
