Haskell’s construction management team delivered on time and on budget.
Haskell served as the general contractor for this 25 MW, 110,000 SF hyperscale data center on a 16.5-acre site in Mexico. The project encompasses one building. Haskell provided comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services, including BIM and VDC services, cost modeling and estimates, along with planning the sequence of operations to ensure quality, schedule control and risk management.
The project was completed on time and within budget, plus additional services requested by the client.
