Confidential Data Center Campus Phase 2

Confidential Mexico Location

We deliver renovation and expansion services from preconstruction to commissioning.

Haskell performed comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services for both renovation and expansion efforts across two hyperscale data center buildings on the client’s Mexico 16.5- acre campus. This includes remediation and installation of seismic joints with all disciplines: structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and CCTV. Specific work consists of seismic joint and structural reinforcement, installation of joints in mechanical piping and modifications to cable trays and electrical conduits to maintain full system integration and resilience.

Phase 2 is projected for an on-time, on-budget completion.

Haskell is executing the Phase 2 expansions of two 10 MW hyperscale data center buildings. For these projects, we are providing comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services, supported by BIM/VDC integration, detailed cost modeling and estimating and advanced sequencing of operations. The project is projected to be completed on time and within budget.
