With nearly two decades of experience in design-build, engineering and construction, Matt has held leadership roles in project management, project development, regional operations and business development. His broad background provides a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from early planning and client engagement through design, construction and project delivery.

Throughout his career, Matt has led complex water and infrastructure projects for municipalities, utilities and industrial clients. He has extensive experience developing pursuit strategies, negotiating contracts and guiding clients through technical and operational challenges. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence have helped clients successfully deliver complex capital projects while building lasting relationships.
