Confidential Beverage Client Manufacturing Plant

Confidential Location

A beverage powerhouse brand finds a trusted design-build partner.

This facility was one of three major projects awarded to Haskell by this well-known brand over a two-year period. In this case, the client asked that we plan and design what would become the brand’s largest, most advanced and energy-efficient bottling plant in the world and was duplicated in one of its sister projects.

We delivered world-record sustainability and widespread distribution efficiency.

This 1.5-million-square-foot project included 25,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of process and packaging space and 1,175,000 square feet of distribution space. Also included in the project scope were an on-site rail shed, guardhouse and wastewater treatment facility. When it earned LEED Gold Certification, the 1,500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility set a new world record.

Our partnership with QTG grows as a result.

The facility achieved success at the highest levels on quality, safety, sustainability, customer service and profitability. Additionally, it enabled Haskell to set an industry record for sustainable design and construction.
