Haskell delivers a high-capacity energy beverage facility designed to scale with demand.
As energy drinks and functional beverages continue to gain momentum, manufacturers are expanding production and bringing more capabilities in-house. To support this shift, Haskell partnered with a leading beverage producer to transform an existing 390,000-square-foot building into a high-performance manufacturing facility.
Haskell provided full architectural and engineering services for tenant improvements required to install two can-filling lines, each capable of processing 1,800 cans per minute. The result: a facility built for speed, efficiency and long-term scalability.
Integrated design and construction ensure performance across every system.
Haskell’s approach aligned design, infrastructure and construction to support continuous, high-output operations. Scope included life-safety enhancements, facility layout and structural support, plus upgrades to underground plumbing and utility infrastructure.
Critical systems—including HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, fire protection and wastewater pretreatment—were engineered to meet the demands of modern beverage production.
Construction management and supervision covered all phases, from demolition through final buildout. Key elements included foundations and slabs on grade, stainless-steel and carbon-steel mezzanines, installation of 19 dock levelers, overhead utilities and a new supplemental electrical service. Additional upgrades included a dedicated parts mezzanine with material lift, along with enhancements to building systems and finishes.
Execution was driven by detailed planning and coordination. Haskell maintained a 24/7 construction schedule for five months, completing more than 150,000 work hours without a single accident—demonstrating an uncompromising commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Accelerated delivery positions the client for long-term growth.
Haskell delivered the project in just six months, significantly faster than a typical 10-month schedule for this scope of work, through disciplined execution, proactive coordination and a continuous 24/7 construction approach.
The completed facility increased the manufacturer’s production capacity fivefold, enabling output of up to 100 million cases annually. With expanded in-house capabilities, the client is now positioned to reduce reliance on third-party production and respond to growing market demand with confidence.
By combining speed, technical expertise, and operational discipline, Haskell transformed an existing asset into a scalable, high-performance production platform.
