Luis serves as International Operations President at Haskell and a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team, bringing more than three decades of operational and project-delivery leadership to complex industrial and manufacturing programs. Since joining Haskell as a project manager in 1998, he has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility and today leads its international business across 13 countries in the North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions, including Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

As Operations President, Luis holds full P&L accountability for the international organization and sets its strategic direction, driving business development, market growth, and executive-level client partnerships across the regions he leads. His leadership has built a talented, high-performing team and cultivated enduring relationships with globally recognized multinational clients.
