Confidential Data Center Campus – Louisiana

Louisiana

A new hyperscale data center campus would power next-generation computing.

A confidential client selected Haskell to deliver a hyperscale data center campus supporting next-generation cloud computing, artificial intelligence processing and high-density workloads. Haskell is executing the project as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).

The 500-acre campus is engineered for scale and long-term growth.

The 500-acre site, designed for resilience and scalability, is being developed in multiple phases. The project includes six purpose-built data center facilities, each containing 12 independent data halls engineered for modular deployment and rapid commissioning. Two ancillary buildings support campus operations, including logistics, maintenance, security and command functions. The campus will deliver approximately 300 MW of critical IT load, making it one of the region’s largest mission-critical developments.

Haskell delivers cost certainty on a major infrastructural investment.

A project of this scale and complexity required rigorous cost control and schedule discipline from the onset. Haskell’s role as CMAR enables early procurement strategies and schedule control throughout preconstruction, which secure the client a guaranteed maximum price and minimal construction risk.
