Background & Experience
Stephen Daffron joined Haskell in 2011 after serving as an officer in the United States Army. As the manager of the System Analytics team, he oversees technical project resources to ensure that all project scope is technically sound, delivered on schedule and of the highest quality. His team provides complex analyses and specialized modeling services, ranging from Excel-based capacity analyses for master planning to advanced 3D discrete event simulation and emulation models used to optimize system design and controls logic.
Stephen has extensive experience supporting beverage, food and consumer product manufacturing projects. His notable work includes efficiency improvements for Constellation Brands Woodbridge Winery Lines 3 and 4 in California; the phased brownfield conversion of a yogurt facility to a fluid milk facility in Batavia, New York, valued at $80.4 million; and the EPC delivery of a $64.5 million UHT and ESL dairy expansion in San Antonio, Texas. He has also supported international projects, including a new sauce plant in Malaysia, and has led process line relocations, packaging line integrations and automation system upgrades across multiple industries.
