Background & Experience
Peter Skirbst, AIA, LEED AP, brings over more than four decades of experience in architecture and construction, specializing in design-build projects for leading global brands. He oversees the design and production of construction documents, ensuring consistency, technical accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Peter’s leadership guides multidisciplinary teams to deliver state-of-the-art facilities that meet both client expectations and sustainability goals.
Peter has led design and construction for numerous large-scale food and beverage facilities, including Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Distribution Center in Brandon, Florida; Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Facility in Olathe, Kansas; Nestlé Waters North America bottling facilities in Madison, Florida, Cabazon, California, and Breinigsville, Pennsylvania; and Gatorade’s Hot Fill and Distribution facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma, and Tolleson, Arizona. His experience spans all phases of the project lifecycle, from architectural design and engineering coordination to interior design and utility infrastructure integration, consistently delivering LEED-certified and highly efficient facilities.
