Background & Experience
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Pete oversees Haskell’s five Operations Presidents and drives operational alignment across the global enterprise. Over his career, Pete has played a pivotal role in elevating operations, strengthening client relationships, and delivering complex projects with excellence.
Since joining Haskell in 2002, he has advanced through numerous leadership roles, including Division Leader, Vice President (Water), Group Vice President, Group President and, most recently, Operations President – Planning & Development. His technical expertise and strategic mindset helped establish Haskell as a market leader in Water and Industrial Water and guided the successful integration of multiple acquisitions, expanding both the company’s markets and technical capabilities.
Education
Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Professional Affiliations
He is a Certified General Contractor (CGC), a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Fellow™ and a Past National Board member and Chair of both the DBIA and the Water Collaborative Delivery Association. He is also a published author and national speaker.
