Background & Experience

Matt leads Haskell’s Construction & Manufacturing teams with overall responsibility for client relations, estimating, procurement, scheduling, contract administration, staffing, project controls, and construction resource coordination. He has extensive experience, technical expertise, and proven leadership across multiple markets and delivery methods. Since joining Haskell in 1996, Matt has progressed through roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Division Leader, Division Vice President, and Vice President – Construction.

An early adopter of Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) delivery, Matt has built strong partnerships with internal teams, engineering firms, and specialty contractors to successfully deliver complex projects for leading clients.
