Background & Experience

As CTO, Kally oversees Information Technology, Project Information & Controls, Business Systems & Processes and Enterprise Support.  Most recently serving as Chief of Staff, Kally has led a comprehensive transformation of construction operations, including the complete revitalization of policies, procedures, and technologies across the organization.

Since joining Haskell in 2000 as an Assistant Project Manager, Kally has built an impressive career marked by continuous advancement and enterprise-wide influence. Her leadership has elevated project management systems, strengthened operational consistency and driven meaningful improvements in efficiency and quality. She will continue to drive process improvements, change management, and systems integration for long-term enterprise success.
