Background & Experience
Joshua Hough serves as the primary professional resource for Haskell’s civil engineering discipline and is responsible for advancing the practice’s technical excellence, innovation and staff development. With nearly two decades of experience, Joshua specializes in multidisciplinary engineering coordination, complex site design, and permitting at the local, state and federal levels. His expertise enables clients to achieve regulatory compliance while optimizing project economics and constructability.
Joshua has directed site and civil design for major industrial, aviation, food and beverage and manufacturing projects nationwide and internationally. His notable work includes civil leadership for the $192 million carbonated soft drink facility in Olathe, Kansas; the $370 million greenfield bottling facility in Fort Lawn, South Carolina; and the $141 million Gulfstream SWQ Service Center in Savannah, Georgia. He also led site design efforts for large-scale dairy, paper manufacturing and bioenergy facilities across the United States, consistently delivering efficient, compliant and cost-effective solutions.
