Background & Experience
As Vice President– HR Operations, Emily oversees Haskell’s team member relations, total rewards, global mobility, payroll and HRIS teams. Emily joined Haskell in 2016 and has served in several roles within the HR Operations team, including previously serving as the HR Business Partner for Haskell’s Design and Consulting Services team and overseeing Haskell’s compensation program. With knowledge and experience in continuous performance management and team member relations, Emily partners with leaders to build inclusive, high-performing cultures where people and business outcomes thrive together.
Education
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Tulsa and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School.
Professional Affiliations
Emily serves as Secretary of the Board and Chair of the People & Culture Committee for Home Sweet Home, a St. Louis area furniture bank.
