Background & Experience
Denise Muth leads healthcare project teams from award through closeout, providing continuity, accountability and clear direction at every stage of delivery. She is responsible for aligning preconstruction, constructability, schedule, quality, budget and client priorities to ensure complex healthcare projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
With more than 35 years of construction experience, Denise has completed award-winning hospitals, hospital expansions and active-campus healthcare work across Florida totaling more than $842 million and 3.5 million square feet. Her healthcare experience includes AHCA-inspected projects across Florida, such as the Baptist Clay Medical Campus Tower and Central Energy Plant, a campus expansion project with scope and complexity comparable to the Ocala Neighborhood Hospital expansion. She has also led the Baptist LDR three-phase renovation, Baptist MD Anderson (BMDA) CT, Baptist CVOR and Baptist Neurobiplane projects. Additional healthcare experience includes the Baptist Clay LINAC and Cancer Center expansion, BMDA infusion projects, Baptist Wound Care, Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute and Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion. She is recognized for proactive collaboration, communication, transparency, early issue identification, AHCA readiness and consistent delivery of projects on schedule, within budget and in alignment with client objectives.
Education
Denise completed St. Petersburg College’s Project Management Program.

Denise is a LEED Accredited Professional, an ASHE Health Care Construction certificate holder and a DBIA Design-Build Professional.
