Background & Experience

Anna Childers has over 20 years of experience in environmental studies and design, construction permitting, regulatory analysis, site due diligence, stakeholder facilitation, public relations meetings, water resources, project and program management, sustainability, resilience, and climate adaptation, both nationally and internationally. She leads environmental strategy and implementation for Haskell, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements to achieve operational success and sustainable growth.

Anna has managed environmental design and permitting for a wide range of projects, including major infrastructure and industrial developments. Her work includes leading environmental and design services for the 46-mile SLS-Barrier Walls project in El Segundo, California, and directing environmental compliance for the Chickasha Water Treatment Plant Improvements in Oklahoma. She has also guided environmental permitting and water management strategies for clients in the data center and oil and gas industries, focusing on produced water reuse, resource sustainability, and stakeholder coordination.

Professional Affiliations

Anna served as the Leader Development Chair for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) – Tulsa Post from 2023 to 2024. She was appointed by the Mayor of Tulsa to the City’s Stormwater Drainage and Hazard Mitigation Advisory Board, serving from 2020 to 2025. She is also an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
