JACKSONVILLE, FL - Haskell President and CEO Jim O'Leary announced today the promotion of several key Haskell team members who are leaders in their respective roles. The promotions are across business units and markets reflecting the success Haskell is experiencing enterprise wide. The promotions include:
Bryan Bedell, DBIA, Vice President & Division Leader - Water
Bryan will be adding VP to his current title of Division Leader and will continue his leadership of our Water Division. With active projects in both the public and private sectors, Haskell anticipates even more industry growth in the water/wastewater space. Bryan's extensive relationships in the design-build world and his passion for these projects will serve the Division well. Bryan will continue reporting to Pete Kinsley, Infrastructure & Transportation (I&T) Group President.
Kristen Braden, P.E., J.D., Vice President - Construction Operations, H.R. Gray
Kristen will be moving from Director to VP of Construction Operations for H.R. Gray. As a well-rounded leader, registered engineer, and former construction litigator, she has extensive experience with both public and private sector projects including water/wastewater, roadways, airports and offshore oil and gas production facilities. A valuable resource at H.R. Gray, Kristen will now be reporting to Pete Kinsley, I&T Group President.
Mike Helton, LEED AP, Vice President - Planning & Development, FHE Group
Mike rejoined Haskell as Director - Planning & Development in March and has made significant impacts with how Haskell approaches business both in the Western Region of the U.S. and overall for the Federal, Healthcare & Energy (FHE) Group. With more than 27 years in the construction industry covering multiple project types, he will continue to be a strong asset for the FHE Group reporting directly to Mike Gwyn, Group President.
Danny Parmenter, Vice President - Strategic Investments Group (SIG)
Danny is moving to Haskell's SIG Group to continue championing construction technologies and ensuring Haskell's use of innovation as an industry leader. His new role will report directly to Brad Slappey, EVP/CFO. In the short-term, Danny will serve as the Construction Executive for the $200MM+ Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) project in Miami, Florida. His immense experience with complex construction projects will be extremely valuable for this high-profile project.
David Bates, Vice President - Construction Core
Having joined Haskell as an Assistant Superintendent out of Auburn University, David has spent more than 15 years working on a vast range of large and complex project types in varying capacities of field leadership. Recognized as one of our most versatile construction professionals, David will now lead Haskell's entire field operations as Vice President of Construction Core. With his new position, he will report directly to John-Paul Saenz, EVP/COO.
Lance Simons, Vice President - Safety & Quality
The word "Safety" at Haskell is often synonymous with "Lance Simons" who passionately leads Haskell's industry leading safety culture. With many years of experience focused on both quality and safety, Lance has served as Haskell's Director of Safety for over 10 years and has made significant strides in making Haskell one of the safest in the industry. These efforts are on-going, and he will continue leading our quest for "zero-incidents" and assume additional responsibility overseeing and expanding our quality initiatives while reporting to John-Paul Saenz, EVP/COO.
Brian Roundtree, Director - Safety
Brian began his career with Haskell in 1999 as site safety professional on the Anheuser Busch-Columbus project. Since that time, he has been instrumental in supporting Haskell's Safety values and bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise to each project delivery encounter. Brian holds several professional safety designations including both Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
