Creating a 10-acre, 38,000-square-foot campus for 540 students is a complex undertaking for any organization. For Mater Academy, the efficient delivery of a two-phase development strategy required the knowledge and collaboration of an experienced construction management partner — Haskell.

Haskell brought expertise and certainty to a crucial project.

As the construction manager, Haskell not only guaranteed delivery of phase one campus but also brought decades of pre-construction and construction experience to the project. The campus boasted a wide range of academic settings and student-service areas including a kitchen, walk-in freezer, media room, science room, offices and shared restrooms, plus stormwater management, site grading and more.

CMAR delivery completed the campus as scheduled and right on budget.

With the fall school year start established, Haskell coordinated the bidding and construction collaboratively over a seven-month schedule to deliver high-quality work despite a tightly accelerated schedule. The campus was completed a month earlier than estimated and with the phase two infrastructure and building pads in place for future development.
