As Operations President for Planning & Development, Pete leads the more than 250 professionals responsible for market leadership and work acquisition, including Marketing, Business Development, Market Specialization, Economic Development, Preconstruction, Vendor Development and Project Development. Pete’s career spans over 20 years and includes the successful delivery of numerous projects for municipal, federal, and private clients, utilizing design-build and construction management at-risk approaches. During his tenure with Haskell, he has worked on over 50 projects for a variety of both public and private clients.

His professional association work includes serving on the National Board of the Design-Build Institute of America where he currently sits as vice chair and on the Executive Committee of the Water Design-Build Council. Pete is also a published author and national speaker.
