Background & Experience

As Operations President for Haskell’s Design & Consulting team, Frank leads an architecture and engineering practice of more than 650 team members and provides support on a variety of design services issues for the more than 250 architects and engineers in four countries outside of the U.S. Haskell has expertise in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and master planning, as well as many engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, packaging, material handling, automation and analytics.

With over 30 years in the industry, Frank is typically involved in all aspects of design and design management on larger, more complex projects, including those for Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in many project types, including industrial, healthcare, aviation, government, education and commercial facilities. As the leader of the Architecture and Engineering (AE) practice, Frank is responsible for developing strategies to maintain our competitive edge in a rapidly changing industry.

Education

Frank graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Professional Affiliations

Frank has been involved in numerous civic and professional organizations, including serving as president of the Jacksonville Chapter of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Engineering) and serving on the University of North Florida’s Engineering Advisory Council. He is a licensed engineer in 39 states and two U.S. territories, a LEED-accredited Professional, and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional. Frank is currently a volunteer board member at the DePaul School of Northeast Florida, a non-profit educational institution dedicated to children with learning differences such as dyslexia.  He is also a volunteer board member and chair of the strategy committee for the non-profit Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center.
