Background & Experience

As Operations President – Design & Consulting, Frank is a member of Haskell’s Executive Leadership Team and therefore responsible for the overall performance of the enterprise. As leader of Design & Consulting, Frank’s responsibilities include architecture, engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, consulting, data analytics, and design market leadership, all focused on creating exemplary solutions and experiences for our clients. The AE practice consists of more than 600 architects, engineers and support staff worldwide.

With over 30 years in the industry, Frank is typically involved in all aspects of design and design management on larger, more complex projects, including those for Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in many project types, including industrial, healthcare, aviation, government, education, and commercial facilities.

Education

Frank graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Professional Affiliations

Frank has been involved in numerous civic and professional organizations, including serving as president of the Jacksonville Chapter of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Engineering) and serving on the University of North Florida’s Engineering Advisory Council. He is a licensed engineer in 39 states and two U.S. territories, is a LEED-accredited Professional and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional. Frank is currently serving as the vice president of the board of directors at the DePaul School of Northeast Florida, an educational institution dedicated to children with learning differences such as dyslexia.
