Background & Experience

Joe Kantor serves as Division Leader, Water – East Region, a position in which he leads multidisciplinary teams delivering integrated design, engineering and execution solutions for public utilities on the East Coast. He is focused on building long-term client partnerships and value-driven solutions through collaborative project delivery and operational excellence.

With more than 20 years at Haskell, Joe brings deep expertise across collaborative delivery, engineering, process layout, preconstruction services, self-performance execution and construction management. He began his career as a construction intern with Haskell’s Water market, where he developed extensive experience in cast-in-place concrete and process mechanical self-perform work, value engineering and construability reviews, construction management and startup and commissioning of complex treatment systems.

Prior to leading the East Region, Joe served as Director of Project Development, leading integrated teams to successfully deliver complex water treatment projects from project inception through commissioning and turnover. His combination of technical expertise, operational perspective and client-focused leadership has made him a trusted advisor throughout the industry.
