Background & Experience
Brad is the first Haskell team member to serve as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), a role in which he oversees Dysruptek, Emerging Technologies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Innovation. He brings an extensive and diverse background to his position, including commercial real estate development, investment strategies, acquisitions, finance and accounting. Prior to his current position, he served as Haskell’s EVP and Chief Financial Officer. He founded and runs Dysruptek, Haskell’s innovation and venture capital arm.
Before joining Haskell, Brad worked at The St. Joe Company for nine years, serving as CFO of their Commercial Group. St. Joe Commercial was involved in land development, commercial development and construction, as well as the acquisition and management of a $300 million office portfolio located across the Southeast. Before St. Joe, Brad worked for nine years with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta and Jacksonville, Florida.
Education
Brad is a graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the Florida Institute of CFOs (fiCFO) and the Construction CFO Forum. He is also a Director for Smith Seckman Reid (SSR), an engineering firm based in Nashville, Wheeler Services, a concrete contractor based in Atlanta and BLOX, a modular solutions firm based in Birmingham.
