We constantly seek excellent vendors and new ways to work successfully with and serve our subcontracting partners.
Register your company.
Register your company and enter your prequalification data. Haskell utilizes TradeTapp for managing vendor prequalifications. Our system is accessible to all Haskell estimators and project management teams for developing bid lists. You will receive an annual reminder to update your information.
Have the following information ready when completing the Vendor Qualification Form:
- Legal Business Name with W-9
- Officers and Ownership (including Parental Company)
- Safety Data (EMR and OSHA 300 with supporting documentation) for the last three years
- Revenue for the past three years
- Current Backlog of Work to Complete
- Insurance Limits

Safety Orientation
The SafeMatters orientation provides clear communication of safety expectations and safety practices to be utilized on projects. These requirements are minimum expectations for any project though it is not uncommon for some projects to have more stringent practices. Be sure to familiarize yourself with those on your project prior to commencing work.
We support small businesses.
Haskell understands the important role small businesses play in our economy, and we believe in contributing to the communities in which we work. We continually strive to demonstrate our commitment to diversity by utilizing small and diverse business concerns in our purchasing and contracting process.
We encourage and promote the development of small businesses, through our outreach and training workshops. Haskell seeks to provide an inclusive environment to do business with small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned (including service disabled) and HUBZone certified businesses.
As part of our corporate commitment, we routinely search for small businesses to participate in subcontracting opportunities.
Supplier/Subcontractor Code of Conduct
Haskell is dedicated to creating a sustainable future for our clients, team members and our communities. Our Supplier/Subcontractor Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for our suppliers and subcontractors, covering compliance, ethical practices, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. We’re proud to work with partners who share these values and are committed to making a positive impact because: Together, we can create a more sustainable world.
Trusted Partner Network (TPN)

The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is designed to cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with our subcontractors and vendors. This curated network is built on shared purpose, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to mutual success. TPN partners are more than vendors—they are an extension of the Haskell team. Through this program, we foster true partnerships that drive growth and success for both Haskell and our partners.
