Background & Experience

Since joining Haskell in 1997, John-Paul has assumed progressively responsible roles, from Project Manager to Group President to Chief Operating Officer. He became just the fourth President in Haskell history in February 2026. In this role, John-Paul leads Haskell’s continued evolution, overseeing Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Technology. As such, he oversees more than $3 billion in revenue and 3,000 team members across 25 offices worldwide.

He is credited with several company milestones, including establishing Haskell’s operations in the Latin America Region and leading successful acquisitions that globalized and transformed Haskell into one of the preeminent, fully integrated Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms in the world.

Education

John-Paul graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has an MBA from the University of Florida and has completed executive education at Stanford University and the University of Chicago. He is a Certified General Contractor and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Professional Affiliations

John-Paul is active in many education, professional, and civic organizations including Episcopal School of Jacksonville Board of Trustees, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, First Coast Habitat for Humanity, Daniel Kids, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), National War College Alumni Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, Associated Builders and Contractors, and several other volunteer organizations. John-Paul also serves as a board director for PET Terra Systems (PTS).
