Frank Mangin leads the Architectural and Engineering (AE) practice at Haskell, which is dedicated to achieving design excellence in all markets served. The AE practice consists of 600 architects, engineers and support staff with expertise in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and master planning, as well as many engineering disciplines including: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, packaging, material handling, automation and analytics.
He is typically involved in all aspects of design and design management on the larger, more complex projects, including those for Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in many project types including industrial, healthcare, aviation, government, education and commercial facilities.
Frank has been involved in numerous civic and professional organizations, including serving as President of the Jacksonville Chapter of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Engineering) and serving on the Univesity of North Florida’s Engineering Advisory Council. He is a licensed engineer in 37 states and 2 territories, a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional, and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional. Frank is currently serving on the Board of the DePaul School of Jacksonville.
Frank graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virgina Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
