Background & Experience

Dave Auchter is an Officer and Vice President at Haskell, overseeing enterprise-wide Marketing, Public Affairs and Corporate Contributions. Dave reinforces an integrated marketing and business development practice across diverse delivery groups while maintaining and innovating standards and processes.

Education

Dave received his bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia and has completed executive education through Columbia University. He is a licensed real estate professional, a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville (2002), and has an extensive record of community service.

Professional Affiliations

Dave has served in numerous public leadership capacities over the past 20 years in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. He Chaired the Downtown Development Authority and Design Review Committee under Mayor John Peyton’s two-term administration. He is a past-President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also served the Boards of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Jacksonville Public Library, Jacksonville Sports Council, and many other volunteer boards and committees. Dave is a prior 10-year Volunteer Committee Chair for The Players Championship and a prior 5-year Volunteer Committee Chair for the Constellation Furyk & Friends-Champions Tour event. He is a past two-term Board Chair and current Board member of the Jacksonville History Center where in 2021-22 he Chaired the Jacksonville Bicentennial (June 2022) Task Force. Dave is continuing to drive the delivery of the Jacksonville History Center for a fall 2027 debut.
