Haskell’s APAC Engineers Mark E-Week by Reflecting on Their Field

Pride of accomplishment, the dignity of professional achievement and opportunities for growth are among the factors cited as providing career satisfaction.

Although Engineers Week is essentially an American event, Haskell’s engineering teams in Latin America and Asia-Pacific also participated enthusiastically. In APAC, where the company has offices in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and China, several team members shared their thoughts about what they found particularly impactful about the profession.

As Haskell’s International Delivery Group has grown, it has established design centers in Malaysia and the Philippines to meet the needs of local clients as well as those U.S. customers doing business abroad.

It numbers more than 30 engineers and designers in the APAC region across the disciplines and is established as a worldwide provider of  Engineer Procure Construct delivery, as well as  Process,  Packaging  and  Automation services. It offers extensive expertise in advanced design tools, such as  3D laser scanning, point clouds and modeling.

Overall, Haskell’s engineering workforce has grown by 18.6% in the past year, and while COVID limited some traditional commemorative events this year, many offices focused on virtual events that recognize the company’s 153 licensed engineers and the team members who support them.

Haskell delivers over $3 billion annually in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Consulting solutions to assure certainty of outcome for complex capital projects worldwide.
