David has 20+ years of human resources leadership experience in employee-centric organizations including two Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully led teams in developing and implementing human capital strategies that drive business results, create positive work environments and increase overall employee engagement.
Prior to Haskell, David served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for a Georgia-based hospital system that was identified four years in a row as a Fortune 100 “Great Place to Work”. He has prior senior human resources leadership roles in telecommunications, professional management services and healthcare services industries. David obtained his B.A. in Business Administration and dual Master's degrees in Labor and Human Resources, and Public Policy from The Ohio State University.
